In the B2B marketplace, AI adoption for marketing and sales efforts is certainly on the uptick, but is the uptick going fast enough?
A new study on the adoption of AI from Demandbase, Salesforce Pardot and Demand Metric has revealed that a mere 18%, or less than one-fifth of the B2B industry are actually applying AI solutions to their activities. The research details why the percentage of B2B marketers who use AI is low – there are a few barriers that marketers have yet to overcome, but researchers are optimistic.
It was also revealed that 66% of marketers are “planning to use, evaluating or currently implementing AI solutions.”
