For the past couple of years, AI has been transforming various industries, along with the workplace. Unfortunately it’s a cold, hard fact that employees who perform menial, repetitive jobs will be the first to lose their occupations to AI.
Instead for new training to upgrade outdated skills, it’s better for employees to take the initiative and “up-skill” themselves with more valuable, less-replaceable skills that are higher up the jobs value chain. Wo also pinpointed the three “in-demand” skills that would make employees more indispensable in the increasingly AI-transformed workplace.
